Training at Woolly Warriors reflects the same principles that guide our breeding program: clarity of communication, reliability, and thoughtful development. From foundational puppy work through advanced obedience, our focus is on teaching owners how to harness and develop the natural willingness, drive, and intelligence their dogs already possess.

Education is a central part of our work. Within Hawaiʻi’s small but growing canine community, we strive to support dog owners by addressing common misconceptions and outdated approaches that often circulate online or through long-held beliefs. Our goal is to offer practical, experience-based guidance rooted in clarity, balance, and responsibility—beginning locally, with the understanding that meaningful progress starts close to home.

    Puppy 101

    This is NOT basic obedience. This is a FULL PACKAGE! Recommended for a brand new puppy or family expecting a puppy soon. This will go over everything you can do to make sure you set your puppy up for success and prevent them from free shaping "undesirable behavior". Puppies are A LOT of work, similar to newborn babies it is best to have a plan BEFORE your pup comes home.

    Socialization

    What do you think we mean by socialization? This is not going to be meeting every stranger and going to dog parks! This is putting your dog in potentially stressful real life scenarios and building positive associations.

    Basic Obedience

    The Basics every dog should know! Basic commands and leash ettiquete are covered in this 6 week class. For puppies to seniors, dogs can do anything and you can indeed teach an old dog new tricks. However this is not your typical obedience class, why limit your dog to the 6 base commands? This class is the stepping stone for your dog to unleash their full potential!

    Behavior Modification

    Does your dog have ears and refuse to use them? Do they do what ever they want, when they want? Behavior modification can be used for a multitude of reasons. Ranging from being too excited all the way to aggression, here you will learn how to manage and counter condition behaviors like never before.

    Breeder Package

    This is for Breeders and all people who are having a litter of pups! If you are expecting or already have a litter of puppies and you are feeling in over your head, fear not we are here to help you do the right things! In this package we will go over temperment testing, socialization, confidence building, puppy placement, ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation), and so much more!
